Use of ShowingTime services for appointment scheduling with MLS-registered licensed agents, as well as feedback requests to each agent after showing your home.

Crescent + Palm yardsign, letting neighbors and others know that your house is on the market,  it also reassures agents with buyers that your listing has been vetted by us.

Lockbox for agent entry, as well as for inspections, appraisals, and other approved appointments during the sales process. All appointments will be made and vetted by Showingtime. 

Assistance with completion of all pre-listing paperwork including required property disclosures, listing agreement, and MLS entry fields to accurately represent your home’s best features.

Competitive market analysis for helping you to determine an appropriate listing price for your property and listing preview to catch any presentation issues that you might have missed, plus measuring the home, if needed ($125 additional).

Follow-up communication with agents, when appropriate, to gauge further interest and to look out for any showing concerns not given in agent feedback through ShowingTime.


Complete and total support for you regarding offers, negotiation, and explanations with respect to going under contract.


Technical expertise for you regarding the buyer’s inspection report of your home to determine how to best handle those negotiations to save you the most money.  A full team of in-house professionals to make these repairs at a discounted rate.

Management of the entire process from going under contract to close, including working with the buyer’s appraiser, the buyer’s lender, and the closing attorney.


Flat fee of $499.00 paid up front to Crescent + Palm, buyer agent commission (if applicable) paid to the buyer agent firm at closing.



Flat fee of $749.00 prepaid, 1.5% listing commission paid to Crescent + Palm and buyer agent commission paid to the buyer agent firm at closing.



Nothing paid upfront, 2.5% listing commission paid to Crescent + Palm and buyer agent commission paid to the buyer agent firm at closing.



***Commission for the agent who brings you a buyer is required regardless of the listing service level.  Ask your agent for details about commission patterns in your area.  Flat fee listing clients may be required to obtain a measurement of the home  if reliable square footage information is not at hand, offered by Crescent + Palm for $125.***
